DriverBridge USA operates as a recruitment and placement facilitator connecting Commercial Driver's License (CDL) holders with motor carriers and logistics companies. DriverBridge USA is not a direct motor carrier, employer, or joint employer. We do not directly hire drivers or operate commercial motor vehicles.

3. User Representations & Accuracy

• For Drivers: You represent that all information provided in your application, including CDL status, driving history, and contact details, is accurate, current, and truthful.
• For Carriers: You represent that your business details, US DOT registration, and company information are valid and in full compliance with federal and state regulations.

4. No Guarantee of Placement

Submitting a driver application or carrier registration form does not guarantee employment, placement, or driver fulfillment. DriverBridge USA reserves the right to screen applicants and select which profiles are shared with carrier partners.

5. Limitation of Liability

DriverBridge USA is not responsible or liable for any employment decisions, contractual agreements, disputes, background check outcomes, or working conditions between drivers and carriers introduced through our platform.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
